Because many of our products are handmade or customized, slight variations may occur. These variations are not necessarily considered defects and are part of the unique nature of handmade products.

3. Personalized & Custom Orders
Personalized and custom-made products are created according to the specifications provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected colors, designs, names, sizes, and other customization details before completing their purchase.

4. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.
Antares reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or other circumstances that may require cancellation.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will notify you and provide an appropriate refund.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has entered processing or production, cancellation or changes may not be possible.
5. Prices & Payments
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, and shipping information.
All applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Antares currently ships to Puerto Rico and the United States using USPS.
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Personalized and custom-made orders may require additional processing time.
Delivery times provided by USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Antares is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Refunds
All sales are generally final.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selection, color preference, or other personal preferences.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
